Turn the experience you already have into your next AI career move.
A 12-week guided career transition for experienced technology professionals — from positioning and proof to applications, interviews and market momentum.
I'm Nachiketh. I help experienced technology professionals move beyond AI demos and build production-ready AI systems — without losing the value of their existing experience.
Sessions run live every Monday. Your transition does not depend on being present every Monday — here's how that works.
The labour market is moving in two directions at once. Some existing work is being redesigned, automated or consolidated. At the same time, new AI-related roles, responsibilities and skills are being created. Both are happening, and the published research says so plainly.
77% of employers surveyed planned to upskill and reskill existing workers in response to AI.
62% expected to hire people with skills to work alongside AI.
41% expected workforce reductions where AI capabilities could replicate certain work.
LinkedIn estimates that by 2030, approximately 70% of the skills used in most jobs will change, with AI acting as a major catalyst.
Among surveyed leaders, 78% were considering hiring for new AI roles.
33% were considering headcount reductions.
These are employer expectations from surveys, not observed outcomes, and none of them establishes that any single job change was caused by AI. Read together they support one modest, useful conclusion: work is changing fast enough that passive learning alone is not a career strategy.
“I completed courses.
I understand concepts.
I know the tools.”
“I can show what I built.
I can explain my decisions.
I can connect it to my existing experience.”
“I know where I fit.
My profile tells the right story.
I apply. I interview. I learn from feedback. I keep improving.”
Learning does not automatically become proof · Proof must then become movement
The gap is often not between “knowing nothing” and “knowing AI.”
It is between learning AI and turning that learning into market movement.
If several of these land, you are not short on effort. You are short on a system.
This program was designed around those problems.
This is not a module list. Each week addresses a specific thing that stops experienced professionals from moving — and ends in an asset you own and can use the same week.
You can see what happens every week, and what you create in it.
Preparation continues. But applications begin.
Entering the market in Week 6 does not mean an offer arrives by Week 12. It means the second half of the program runs on real feedback instead of simulation.
You will prepare. Then you will enter the market. Then the market will start teaching us.
A weekly application cadence you actually run, not a list you mean to get to.
Recruiters, referrals, networking conversations and screening calls.
Bring the questions back. Work out what the gap was. Rewrite the answer.
Practise the better answer before the next one, then apply again.
A cohort of experienced professionals moving at the same time is worth more than the same material consumed alone.
Weekly commitments · practice · interview debriefs · questions encountered · recruiter responses · applications · wins · lessons.
Accountability that is visible, not implied.
Someone receiving their first recruiter call creates momentum for the entire group.
Someone sharing a difficult interview question helps everyone prepare.
Someone getting rejected and returning with a better answer turns one experience into collective learning.
The question is not “can I become a developer?” It is: how can your existing experience become more valuable in an AI-shaped workplace?
From Week 9 the interview preparation routes by target role — Engineering, Architecture, QA / Testing, Data, Product, Delivery, Consulting, Management and Leadership — rather than assuming everyone is preparing for the same conversation.
This program does not try to reteach every technical capability. It works out which gap is actually blocking your movement — and names an honest route if you need one.
These are recommended capability tracks, not required purchases. Many people arrive already holding the proof they need and simply never learned to present it.
Orchestration, retrieval, governed tools, evaluation, security, deployment — the engineering underneath a system people depend on.
Position it, communicate it, enter the market, and improve through real applications and interviews.
If you are part of Enterprise Mastery, Career Transition is the natural next layer — not a repeat of it.
You should be in the market.
You are also learning to show up differently when the opportunity arrives. Short practices run alongside the work throughout the 12 weeks.
These are practices drawn from coaching and performance preparation. They are offered as useful rehearsal habits, not as guaranteed mechanisms, and they are not a substitute for professional support of any kind.
Every Monday we work through the next stage of the transition together. If you can attend live, join us.
If work, family, timezone or other commitments prevent you from attending, that should not stop your career transition. Follow the lessons, complete the exercises, use the recordings and resources, participate in the practice system and continue moving forward.
Live attendance helps.
Doing the work matters more.

“I help experienced technology professionals move beyond AI demos and build production-ready AI systems — without losing the value of their existing experience.”
Worker2Builder Career Transition Accelerator was created around a pattern I kept seeing:
People were learning. People were building. But many still didn't know how to turn that capability into career movement.
The missing layer wasn't another random course. It was a transition system.
Twelve weeks of guided transition, practice, feedback and accountability — with the full Career Transition experience included in one enrolment.
Covers all twelve weeks, every live session, recordings, guided practice, deliverable feedback and community access. GST is added at checkout. Sessions run 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST and are recorded for every time zone.
This program is already included in your Diamond access. Nothing further to buy — use your existing membership and join the cohort.
Every session is recorded. The practice loop and feedback cycle work asynchronously, so a missed week does not cost you the cohort.
Every Monday, 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST. 12 Weeks / 3 Months, one cohort, one start date.
You are paying for structure, feedback and deliverables — not for a hiring outcome we do not control. The section below says exactly where that line sits.
Most career programs blur this line. We would rather draw it clearly now than have you discover it in Week 9.
So we will not tell you that twelve weeks makes you an AI engineer, that your current role is about to disappear, or that a certificate changes your market value. What we will tell you is this: professionals who can show credible proof, clearly explain their experience and communicate why they fit the role are in a materially different conversation from people who can only list courses completed. This program is built to move you into that conversation. The rest is still a market, and markets are not promises.
You already have the experience. What has been missing is a system that turns it into something visible — positioned, evidenced, explained, and in front of the right people.
Cohort begins 19 October 2026
Six weeks from the start, you won't just be preparing — you'll begin entering the market. By the end of twelve weeks, you'll have clear positioning, professional assets, interview preparation, an active application system and a repeatable way to learn from market feedback.
The goal is not to finish another course.
The goal is to stop standing outside the market.
